Your topic of fear brings up what I am working with in terms of “saying yes to fear.” I did the fund-raising Best Piggy Bank Contest at my Unitarian Congregation for a practice exercise, as I think I told the group. Well, it has been a success and people want me to be part of an award ceremony in front of 200 people. Yikes! I was so glad to realize that I would be out of town when they wanted to do it but then thought perhaps I should face my fears. We will see what happens.
As an aside, I added two Gatha walks a week as a menu item and three breaths every morning when I go outside to pick up the morning paper. Three breaths to try to be present.

For whomever found the photo may I just say how perfectly perfect it is. Not only for its ringedness but also for the slightly ominous cast of the light. Nicely done.
