Have never had a book feel so true, simple, honest. Started sitting 5 minutes a day. 15 years have gone by. Still a beginner.<\/p>\n<p>My teacher now is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zencentersandiego.org\/ezra\/\">Ezra Bayda<\/a>. I sit most every day for half an hour, longer a couple times a month when I sit with the Santa Rosa Zen Group. Who are an incredible group. I&#8217;m in love with them all.<\/p>\n<p>Everything is practice.
